It is to train your brain by completing a series of challenging exercises.

With an emphasis on concentration and focus skills, to train your working memory; an important brain function based on the temporary storage of information for manipulation.

By going through each exercise for a few minutes a day over several weeks, you will have time to see if there are personal improvements in your concentration.
