Created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and Jack Kirby, based on the god of Norse mythology, Odin is the king of Asgard, home of the gods.

As sovereign of the golden kingdom, Odin commands them in a magnificent and majestic palace, although he married Frigga, he also had a son with Jord (Gaea) the goddess of the Earth, with qualities that surpass those of any Asgardian, that son, it is Thor, the god of thunder.

In one of his many battles, Odin killed Laufey, king of the ice giants, and adopted his son Loki out of pity. Besides the two, Odin has biological children, Vidar and Balder.
