Gabe Logan is a highly trained precision strike operator commanding an American black box agency that legally does not exist.

Using precision strike tactics, advanced vision technology and the latest high-tech weapons, Logan's specialty is covert operations that require deadly force.

Logan and his team execute "surgical strikes": missions too sensitive for a military response, too dangerous for civilian intelligence.

Logan's job is to infiltrate, recon and execute decisively. Once introduced, Logan is his own authority.
