Tales of Berseria (PSHits) - PS4

Tales of Berseria is a role-playing game for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4. It is the sixteenth main entry in the Tales series, developed and published by Bandai Namco.

It is scheduled for release in Japan on August 18, 2016, and worldwide for PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows at a later date.

Tales of Berseria will take place mainly in the Sacred Kingdom of Midgand, a powerful country that dominates the archipelago of this continent in the world.

The game's "Wasteland" world is shared with Tales of Zestiria, although the events of Berseria take place in Zestiria's distant past.



Characteristics:

- There are countless islands around, and Midgand's dominion even crosses the seas
- Terrain areas and islands in the game are divided into "territories"
- The game follows the protagonist Velvet Crowe, a 19-year-old pirate who has completely changed due to an incident that happened three years before the events of the game
- Along with her companion Spirit Laphicet she battles warriors stripped of their emotions in search of victory against rogue monsters

- Revealed that ufotable will animate the cutscenes. The game was described as the final part of the company's 20th anniversary celebration for the Tales series
