The world is in danger! A huge meteor is falling towards earth and the only way to save the planet from destruction is to earn enough money to purchase the anti-meteor gadgets from a TV shopping channel.

This bizarre story is the basis for Job Island: Hard Work People, a quirky and brilliantly fun title featuring 50 mini-games: which must be completed to earn the money to save the word.

However, players must perform better than other workers to succeed.



Characteristics:

- Each of the 50 mini-games are actually jobs that players must successfully undertake in order to earn money.
- These jobs range from the simple to the ridiculous, and all make use of the Wii Remote and Nunchaku in ways players never thought possible.
- As a red carpet interviewer, for example, the player runs around the carpet loaded with celebrities, waiting for them to give their first interviews and get the big star, earn more money.


- Managing a barbecue grill you have to flip the meat beasts using the Wii remote to prevent them from burning, and as a farmer you have to harvest carrots as fast as possible and milk a cow as well.
- Each job requires skill and focus to complete and will test all players regardless of their skills.
- With three difficulty levels and a multiplayer mode that allows two people to take on any of the jobs that are available in a heads-up duel, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained and amused.
