Based on the successful THE DOG picture book franchise, THE DOG Island recreates puppies and dogs to bring an original pet-themed RPG.

The Dog Island is an action-adventure role-playing game released in April 2007 in Japan for both the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 2 video game consoles.

Play as a dog on an island as you explore unique environments such as grassy plains, snowy plains, and deserts in search of a legendary flower to save your sick brother.



Characteristics:

- Interact and play with over 48 dog breeds on your journey through the Isle of Dogs, from large Siberian Huskies to tiny Yorkshire Terriers.
- Customize your puppies with clothes and accessories.
- Perform a wide range of canine activities such as: sniffing to find hidden treasures, barking to stun your enemies, and running to make a quick escape.



- Travel through open world environments that stretch from Egypt to Greenland.
- Play five mini-games including catching bugs and soccer.
