EA SPORTS NHL 25 is powered by ICE-Q, a new game intelligence system that gives you the time and space to control every inch of the ice.

Next-Gen Vision Control lets you walk the blue line, get close to the puck carrier, stay locked on the goal and more.

Empowered AI completely overhauls Chel's CPU player system, helping them execute authentic plays with an updated playbook that improves powerplays and opens up the ice for better overall positioning and offensive opportunities.

Reactive Actions uses a series of new animations to make skaters more responsive in critical situations, increasing their urgency, collision avoidance and reliability. ICE-Q is true hockey intelligence.



Additionally, the addition of a revamped Franchise Mode experience, a brand new WOC Live Event structure, a Wildcard HUT mode, and a simplified, one-way split XP progression in HUT make Chel's game modes to advance even more.

Elevating the presentation even further, the new Grudge Match system keeps track of competitive history between teams across all major online and offline modes, and enhances streaks with special X-factors that are won in previous matches against rival teams.

Finally, the introduction of SAPIEN technology into the franchise takes the likeness of the characters to a whole other level.
