7 girls were gathered in the tower of hell.

These girls, who are called "Delinquents", are contaminated with their dangerous DNA.

A special rehabilitation was prepared for these girls: the "Reform Program".

The goal of this program is for girls to climb to the highest floor of the spiral.

If they succeed in this, their sins will be forgiven and they can be resurrected back to the mortal world.
