The Amazing Spider-Man 2 takes place outside of the events of the second film in a unique story where Spider-Man discovers a greater threat to New York City that has turned the underworld upside down.

Play as Peter Parker for the first time in The Amazing Spider-Man game series and fight all-new villains from the film and Spider-Man universes.

The new web-spinning mechanic includes expanded web-pulling capabilities and chemical properties that allow you to freeze and blow up objects on impact, explore a more expansive Manhattan cityscape than in previous Amazing Spider-Man games.



What began as a search for a killer quickly becomes something much more, in a unique story parallel to the events of the second film, Spider-Mand discovers that he is not the only one chasing the criminals of Manhattan.

The underworld has been turned upside down by a one-man campaign of violence and murder that has captured the city in an iron grip of fear.

The film's villains, as well as classic fan-favorite Marvel characters, are woven into a twisted web of adrenaline-fueled, free-wheeling, web-wielding action that puts players on a collision course with an evil that surpasses by far Spider-Man's calculations.
