Populate your own island paradise with Mii characters of your choice and watch the drama unfold.

Your Tomodachi life unfolds across two islands filled with interesting shops and places to hang out!

Days and seasons pass on your islands just like in the real world. Keep an eye out for special events every day.



Bring your Mii characters to life!

You can create a Mii character from scratch using a photo, or you can transfer a Mii you've already created from Mii Maker.

In Tomodachi Life, you can give your Mii a voice and set her personality, which determines how she'll act, what kind of things she'll say, and more.

After you've moved your Mii into a new home at Mii Apartments, bring the place to life by creating the Mii characters of your family, friends or anyone else you can think of.

You can also receive Mii characters from other players through local play or by scanning QR code patterns.



Take care of them!

Up to 100 Mii characters can move into Mii apartments, and each of them will have to take care of them.

You can hang out with all the Mii characters, give them gifts, help customize their apartments, and play mini-games.

Try different things to find out what makes each of them happy. Some residents can become friends, break up, maybe even fall in love.

They might need your advice, so check in with them every day to see what they're up to.
