General warranty conditions

1. Warranty period
Second-hand products (games and video consoles) sold by SC GAMES FUNATTIC SRL benefit from a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
2. Covering
The warranty covers defects that occur in the hardware components of the consoles and game discs caused by manufacturing defects. Physical damage or defects resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized software modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions are not covered.
3. Warranty procedure
If a product becomes defective during the warranty period, the buyer must contact SC GAMES FUNATTIC SRL to initiate the service procedure. The product will be inspected by the technical service, and in case of a defect covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover consumable accessories (e.g. batteries), damage to the original packaging or any defect that does not affect the normal functioning of the product. The warranty also does not apply to products that have been opened or repaired by unauthorized persons.
5. Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, only if they are in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. The buyer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is defective.
