Karma: The Dark World is a cinematic psychological thriller in the first person, placed in a dark alternate chronology in Eastern Germany of 1984, where Leviathan Corporation leads with absolute authority, supervising and controlling citizens through invasive technology, rigid class rules and substances that alter perception and will.

The player enters the skin of Daniel McGovern, a roam agent of the dreaded desk of thought, in charge of entering the minds of those considered dangerous for the social order, using advanced neural technology to extract the truth from the distorted subconscious of the suspects.

The journey into the human psyche is sprinkled with hallucinations, cryptic symbols and fragments of traumatic memories, and the borders between reality and imaginary become more and more fragile as Daniel deepens in investigations.

Each "Brain Dive" is a unique and frightening experience, an interactive puzzle built of fears, guilt and repressed memories, where the correct interpretation of what you see is as important as the mental stability of the protagonist.



As you discover dark secrets related to the system, your identity and the real purpose of Leviathan, you will be forced to make difficult moral decisions that affect not only the course of investigation, but also the fate of the world in which you live.
