The story begins with a fateful encounter with Ena, a Wyverian girl entrusted with an egg with the potential to hatch into a legendary Rathalos that could wreak havoc if awakened to its destructive power.



Monster Hunter Stories offers RPG fans and Monster Hunter fans alike a unique new experience with a story rich with charming characters, challenging quests and friendly monster encounters.

Taking on the role of a young monster rider who can use a kinship stone to form strong bonds with monsters.

Players can gain experience and improve their skills to form deeper connections with these wonderful creatures.

- These are special abilities you can perform while riding a Monstie.
- Depending on the Monstie, you can get a skill like running, flying or swimming.
- Team up in co-op expedition missions or face off in versus battles.
- The improved turn-based combat system allows you to experience the excitement of the main Monster Hunter titles.
- There are three attack types: Power, Speed ​​and Technique, by predicting your opponent's attack type and winning a Head-to-Head, you can deal massive damage.
- If one of you faces a monster while on the field, the other player can enter the battle and lend you a helping hand.
- Join forces with other Riders from around the globe to search for rare eggs and take down fearsome monsters together.
