The game is the unique story based on the events of zombie land 1 & 2, focusing on four characters from the original movie: Columbia, Tallahassee, Wichita and Little Rock.

The game embraces the gameplay-like elements seen in the film, incorporating everything from "rules" to "zombie kill of the week" into the twin-stick shooter.
