An unlikely group of performers make a last-ditch effort to reform a bankrupt circus: a mad dragon, a grim clown, a hesitant magician, an acrobat who doesn't know how to entertain, and a reluctant ringleader.

The original story of Radiant Tale features Tifalia, a brilliant new producer who does her best to turn this dysfunctional band around and make them stars.
