Batsugun is an arcade shooter vertical-scrolling launched in 1993 by Toaplan. The game drew attention to the large number of bullets pulled both by both enemies and allies.

This has caused many games to adopt the same type of game. Batsugun thus became the pioneer of the Bullet Hell. The "special" version of the game was then launched on the consoles at home.

The player can choose between 3 types of aircraft. The purpose is to destroy all the enemies approaching with the shootings and bombs.



By doing this, you can collect power-ups and experience points. When the experience indicator reaches a certain point, the player's plane evolves and becomes stronger.

There is no difference between the types of aircraft in terms of performance, but the aircraft changes between players 1 and 2.

Features:

- This is the original Arcade version of the game. The game consists of five stages by one end
- Special Ver mode. It is a revised way of the game. Balance is better and various features have been added
-The game is repeated from stage 1 to stage 5 (14 stages in total)
- "Boost Up Hud" is a new interface that displays the experience indicator, the current score (+ hidden bonuses) and the title of the BGM that is currently running
