You don't even have to pay extra to customize your schedule, Wii Trainer would do it all for you without bothering you.

There are 21 new exercises for all muscles, including yoga, cycling and snowball fights. To check your progress, you can ask the game to calculate the amount of calories you've burned.

You can do simple health checks for babies or pets by registering them in the system. Weigh them every day and monitor their growth.
