YS Origins Strictly limited - Nintendo Switch

700 years before the events of Ys I & II, the land of Ys was on the brink of destruction.

The demons came in great numbers and forced the twin goddesses who ruled the land to remove their subjects from the surface, into the safe embrace of the clouds.

However, the demons were persistent, raising a massive tower in their pursuit.

The battle on the ground had begun to rise for the second round up.

One day, in the midst of this turmoil, the Goddesses fled into the night, disappearing from Ys altogether.



And there's only one place he could have ended up: Devil's Tower.

A search party of knights and wizards was hastily formed and sent to the surface in hopes of retrieving these fugitive deities.

Among its members were apprentice knight Yunica Tovah and troubled wizard Hugo Fact.

This is their story, or at least that's how each of them remembers it.
