Dead by Daylight is a 1v4 multiplayer game that takes inspiration from all corners of the horror world, from a powerful slasher to a terrifying paranormal entity.

The other four players play the role of survivors, trying to escape the killer and avoid being caught and tortured.

Survivors play in third person and have the advantage of better situational awareness.



The killer plays in first person and focuses more on his prey.

The goal of the Survivors in each encounter is to escape the Killing Ground without being caught by the Killer.

Each character has their own deep progression system and plenty of unlockables that can be customized to suit your personal strategy.



Characteristics:

- Survivors can either cooperate with others or be selfish
- Your chances of survival will vary depending on whether you work as a team or go it alone
- Each level is procedurally generated, so you'll never know what to expect
- Random spawn points mean you'll never feel safe as the world and its danger changes every time you play
