Deadlight: Directors Cut /PS4

A zombie epidemic has brought the world to its knees. Now, only survival remains, and the remnants of humanity endure this hell on earth by any means necessary.

You play as Randall Wayne, a father searching for his family in an apocalyptic Seattle in 1986. Separated from your group, you must search the streets while avoiding the "shadows", the undead walking remnants of humanity.

Originally released in 2012 on XBLA and soon after on Steam, Deadlight was praised for its art direction and bold, mature and atmospheric depiction of a genre-breaking zombie apocalypse.

Through 2D platforming, Randall will explore a destroyed Seattle, overcoming the dangers of the environment and solving puzzles while avoiding the "shadows".



Ammo and weapons are scarce in Deadlight, so you must decide whether to fight back with weapons or use the environment to sneak and hide from the undead.

Fighting is not always the answer. Take full advantage of your surroundings to lure shadows into traps and sneak past. Deadlight: Director's Cut improves on the original Deadlight experience in every way.

Running in 1080p on all platforms and debuting on Sony, the Director's Cut also boasts improved controls with new animations and additional game modes, including the 'Nightmare' difficulty mode and the new 'Survival Arena'.
