Guilty Gear XRD - Revelator /PS4

Arc System Work's cell-hued anime fighter is back in this enhanced version based on its Japanese arcade machine roots. Guilty Gear Xrd REVELATOR features graphical improvements and gameplay changes based on fan feedback.

There are now over 20 fighters in the roster, as well as mods galore! For those new to Guilty Gear, one of the most notable aspects is the way the game transitions between on-screen chaos and cut-scenes and everything in between.

As for modes, there's the usual Story Mode and Episode Mode. The latter features the story told from the arcade version of the game. For beginners there are tutorial and training modes and M.O.M. mode, a hardcore challenge for returning veterans.



Characteristics:

- There is a new lobby where players can set up matches, be spectators and even train while waiting for their match.
- The lobby mode is set up as an arcade with cabinet machines, bringing a nice sense of community for fight fans to gather and duel.
- There is even a fishing pond in the lobby. Players can use this mechanic to purchase custom parts and emotes for their avatar or even new player colors!
- Stylish Type levels the playing field by allowing beginners and pros alike to unleash devastating combos with the push of a button!
- 2D-style animation coupled with state-of-the-art cell shading techniques annihilates the boundaries between gameplay and anime!
- Intense battles, polished graphics and massive amounts of content ensure that the fight never ends.
- 6 new characters: Johnny, Jack-O', Jam Kuraoberi and console exclusive DLC: Kum Haehyun, Raven and Dizzy.
