He was one of the few Red Ribbon Androids not directly completed by Dr. Gero, instead being completed by the Supercomputer Dr. Gero in an alternate timeline.

Having attained perfection, he sought to dominate the world through the fear of his incredible power. He is the main antagonist of the Cell Saga.
