Scientist Arthur Tesla completed the development of Chaotic, a new type of energy that defies all current understanding.

Then, just as the Chaotics have become the world's main energy source, Professor Tesla suddenly disappears.

All he leaves behind in his strange disappearance are the mysterious words "CHAOS CODE", words that will appear throughout the game.

Supposed to be somehow connected to the Chaotic, the Earth Union government is offering a massive cash reward for any discovery that might elucidate the mystery of these words.

This leads to the appearance of people who have different goals from treasure hunters to people who want to overthrow the Earth Union government.
