DONKEY KONG COUNTRY RETURNS SELECTS - 3DS

Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D is the Nintendo 3DS remake of the Wii title Donkey Kong Country Returns.

The game is a side-scrolling platformer where the player takes on the role of Donkey Kong (helped by his friend Diddy) and tries to recover his stolen supply of bananas by completing stages.

The player will embark on a mission through different parts of an island and fight different enemies in several themed areas such as jungle, beach, forest, caves and volcanic environments.



Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D brings the acclaimed title to Nintendo 3DS and retains all of the original content, as well as extras and the addition of a "New Mode" that makes the game slightly easier by adding extra items and more energy for Donkey and Diddy Kong.

The game also brings back the multiplayer mode found on the Wii and allows two players with two copies of the game and two 3DS systems to play together as Donkey and Diddy Kong.

Players can go through the levels separately or as a single unit where Diddy rides on Donkey Kong's back and jumps off him whenever he wants



Giving fans of the franchise something to run, jump, run and roll around, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D will have you traversing the platforms and environments of Donkey Kong Island if you want to save our hero's banana hideout from the Tiki Tak tribe.

Grab as many bunches of bananas as you can while riding rockets and rhinos, avoiding tricky traps and dangerous traps and trampling all your enemies as you go.

In addition, you will need to master the special individual abilities of Donkey and Diddy Kong to switch from one to the other and overcome all the obstacles that come your way.

This could mean using Diddy to jump on Donkey Kong's shoulders and using Barrel Jet to float across large gaps; either that or simply roll to victory by trampling everything in your path.
