Getting started is faster and easier than putting on makeup in the morning! Your in-game host is Miles, who can be individually styled to your liking.
Place your Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL on the included stand, and the interior camera will show you a mirror image of you as you perform the exercises.
The camera on the Nintendo DSi detects your movements during exercise.
