XIII:

The story begins at Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, New York, where XIII finds himself badly injured and with no memory of his past.

The game broadly follows the story of the first five comic volumes, although there are several additions to the story and changes have been made to better adapt the story to the game format.

A variety of weapons and gadgets are used to unravel the mystery of XII's identity.

XIII's characters and weapons are hidden, giving a deliberately comic book look, including onomatopoeic words contained in bubbles for sound effects.
