Yamato, also known as the Oni Princess, is an important character in the One Piece franchise, first appearing in the episode Wano Country Arc.

Yamato is the daughter of the former member of the Four Sea Emperors, Kaido, who also holds many epithets.

Ever since his death 20 years ago, Yamato has idolized the legendary samurai, Kozuki Oden, at the age of 8.

Afterwards, Yamato started claiming to be Oden. Yamato was constantly abused by their father as a child and imprisoned on Onigashima at some point later.

Despite this, Yamato fought their father countless times, only to be rebuffed, each failure making her stronger.
