In Monster Hunter Ultimate you will play as a hunter who joins a caravan to explore new lands and cities.



For the first time in the Monster Hunter series on the portable console, players will be able to join friends via Nintendo Network or local wireless.

Characteristics:

- Two new weapon classes Insect Glaive and Charge Blade.
- Connect online with up to 3 players via Nintendo Network or local wireless to take down monsters.

- You can also form hunting parties in your vicinity, either through Local Play or by using the "Hunter Search" feature, which allows you to form alliances with nearby players.
- Plan your upcoming hunt in towns and gathering halls using text chat, then keep the lines of communication open during a fight with Shoutouts, phrases you can set before the fight.
