In Pro Cycling Manager 2023, you are the boss! As the sports director of a cycling team, it's your job to make the right decisions to take your team to the top of the world rankings.

All major aspects of building a winning team are present: race management, rider rotation, training sessions, recruiting young talent, upgrading equipment, defining race strategies.

In Pro Cyclist mode, you are the cyclist! Create your own rider, show your talent to make yourself known, manage your contracts and join a professional team. Your training and first races are important and will influence your future career!



Characteristics:

- Pro Cyclist mode has been completely revamped in Pro Cycling Manager 2023, and now you have more freedom in managing your choices.
- Training is now essential to your rider's career and development.
- Set your season milestones and improvement goals so you can keep up with developments.
- React to every unforeseen event and make new decisions to face the most precarious situations of your career.
- Physical development, specific training, special training for certain races and a social life: it is up to you to find the right balance for all the different aspects under your control to be able to optimize your rider's performance and guarantee your success.
- To be as realistic as possible, leaderboards have been revised and are now similar to how they work in real life.



- World leaderboards for all drivers and races of the season are now consolidated to make it easier to view individual results. The driver rankings are based on a 52-week system and the 2023 season will start with the existing world rankings.
- There will be a ranking update every week which will add and remove points from the previous version. The update will remove points from the previous year and add points earned in the current year.
- The World Team Ranking will start on January 1st, and each team will start with 0 points. It's up to you and your teammates to score as many points as possible.
- Also made improvements to races to make them fairer. Sprints have been overhauled, mass finishes are now handled better, and race endings are more realistic.
- During stage races and depending on the situation, riders can get an advantage from Grupetto, saving their energy for the following days. This means that some riders are fresher and more competitive during sprints and for the final stages at the end of a race.
