Two years later, he signed with PSV, where he became the Young Player of the Year in Holland and won an Eredivisie title.
The following season, Robben's signature was pursued by major clubs and, after protracted transfer negotiations, he ended up at Chelsea in 2004.
Robben's debut at Chelsea was delayed due to injury, but after returning to form, he helped Chelsea win two consecutive Premier League titles.
