Famous writer Sebastian P. Husher has disappeared, along with his entire family. Worried, his publisher sent an assistant to his home to look for him - but he never returned.

These disappearances set off a series of events that will soon reveal something horrific: a dark and nameless entity known only as the Presence appears to be responsible.
