TALES OF SYMPHONIA takes the real-time combat system characteristic of the TALES OF role-playing games, allowing direct character control through fast-paced tactical battles.

Dawn of the New World advances the series' combat system by introducing a new monster recruitment feature that allows players to capture over 200 unique monsters and train them to participate in battles.



Thus, players have complete control over the list of party members and monster allies, allowing for unlimited combinations to take to the battlefield.

In a dying world, legend has it that a chosen one will one day rise from among the people and the land will be reborn.

The line between good and evil blurs in this epic adventure where the fate of two interconnected worlds hangs in the balance.

- Damage dealt to the opponent fills a "Unison Gauge". When it is full, a "Unison Attack" can be triggered, allowing the party to use techniques on a single enemy at once.
