The Procession to Calvary - NSW

The Procession to Calvary is a Pythonesque adventure game where you travel through a richly detailed landscape constructed from hundreds of Renaissance paintings.

The holy war is over! Your oppressors have been defeated, the churches of the Old God lie in ruins, and thousands of innocent people have been killed.

But not all the news is good; the tyrant Peter the Celestial has escaped from your clutches, and you have been tasked with finding him.

Your journey will take you through a landscape rich in detail, built from hundreds of different Renaissance paintings.

You will steal a ship, feed a donkey, participate in a talent contest, assist an inept street magician, sing, dance, play the flute.

You will also stab a man's face, hunt for treasure and have a talk with our Lord God Almighty.



Characteristics:
- Touch and Click - A traditional point and click interface with a verb coin interaction menu and a simple inventory from which you can access the precious items you have in store.
- Renaissance artworks - Paintings by Rembrandt, Botticelli, Michelangelo and more are brought together in one consistent world.
- Classical Music - A selected soundtrack to match the style of the artwork. Enjoy music from composers such as Vivaldi, Bach and George Frideric Handel.
- Optional Murder- Kill anyone in your way and skip the puzzles you don't like. But be warned; your actions could come back to haunt you.
- Nonsense - Humor reminiscent of Monty Python. But rest assured, while some of the jokes may be ridiculous, the puzzles make perfect sense.
