Bolivia, in a few years: this beautiful South American country has become the largest producer of cocaine in the world. The influential and vicious drug cartel in Santa Blanca has turned the country into a narco-state, leading to illegality, fear, injustice and violence. The cartel is about to become a major underworld and a global threat.
