Hailed as one of the most difficult games of this generation, nothing beats the feeling of defeating the game's sadistic trials and achieving a sense of true accomplishment.

Characteristics:

- Dark Souls II continues the series' approach to a psuedo-online experience, but different from its predecessors are the new dedicated servers.
- For serious Dark Souls PvP players, this is perhaps the biggest change; delayed back kicks are no longer a problem.
- In addition to the new advanced lighting technology, every detail and texture is extremely well done, creating an extremely immersive experience.
- Enemies and bosses look even more foreboding, making for great visual cues for would-be explorers.
