In the year 2xxx, at the quiet edge of the Akihabara district, a new hookah salon called "Hookah Haze" opens.

As a new manager, Toru Sumiki is involved in cordial discussions with a variety of unique and colorful visitors and gradually discovers changes in his own heart.

The protagonist Toru Sumiki loses his desire to live after a terminal disease is diagnosed.



Tōru's doctors insist that they should take advantage of the remaining time as possible and sign a contract as a temporary manager of the hookah salon.

Due to this new job, Toru meets three very unusual girls.

Although at first glance they are cheerful, they are struggling with work -related problems or trauma and looking for a place to belong.

As Toru begins to approach them through the hookah, what will he discover when the girls really open?
