Wii Party U (Selects) /Wii-U

Keep the party going in the second installment of Nintendo's Party game series.

Wii Party U will use and feature many of the Wii U's important features, including the utility of the Wii U Game Pad.

The title promises to be the most innovative and complete in the long line of party games, while still featuring the franchise's traditional gameplay alongside 80 mini-games and a new selection of board games.



Characteristics:

- Wii Party U supports up to 5 players in offline multiplayer - one player uses the GamePad while the other 4 use the Wii Remote.
- There are also mini-games that do not use the TV screen, but only with the Wii U GamePad.
- Mii characters still appear on screen clapping and cheering if a player does something amazing.
- As a surprise return, Woopy, the host of the original Wii Party and the "Board Game Island" mode of Wii Party returns.
- With all these new games on the Wii U GamePad, Wii Party U is the best party fun for people of all ages.



- All party goers compete with their own Mii characters in a mix of party games.
- Experience new ways to play with others using the Wii U GamePad. For example, in "Lost-and-Found Square", imagine that you are the person holding the GamePad and that you are lost in a playground.
- Your goal is to describe your surroundings based on what you see on the GamePad to help other players find your location.
- Post your impressions of your play sessions on Miiverse. You can rate your performance by adding a one to five star rating after the match is over.
- When you want to leave the TV behind, you can choose to play exclusively on the Wii U GamePad with a wide variety of "Tabletop Minigames", from foosball to baseball, for two-player competitive and cooperative games.
- In addition to the main games that everyone can play together, there are 80 mini-games that can be played alone. Among them is the "Tabletop Minigame", which can only be played with the Wii U GamePad.
